Situation

In the village of Rialp, on the road from Sort to Esterri. Parking on the street. Grocery on the same building. Swimming pool, pharmacy, restaurants, shops, ATM, all available at less than 150 m away. Snow, river, riding and nature activities.

The apartment

10 apartment building (construction: around 1980). The apartment is located in the 2nd floor, 2nd door. Elevator stops between floors, not suited for handicapped people. 90 sqm (15 of them belong to the back gallery and front terrace). Two double sleeping rooms. A third private service room is not available. Two shower bathrooms, a private one and a common one. Electric heating. Small TV set. Electric 4-stoves kitchen, microwave oven and dishwasher. Washing machine. Thermoelectrical hot water.
