two apartment for temporary stays (not usual residence).
Situation
In the historical center of the city (see situation map), at 125m from Plaça Sant Jaume, at 175m from La Rambla, at 200m from the Cathedral, and at 500m from the harbour and from Plaça Catalunya, in a pedestrian zone.
(In the pedestrian zone motor traffic is banned usually from 11:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00 and eventually
when public street events take place on near Plaça Sant Jaume)
Characteristics of the apartments
They are located in a building of the second half of 19th century, on ground 4, 92 steps up from the ground level. No lift available (yet).
Furnished apartments, including electric heating, TV set, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven, washing machine and drying machine. Bathroom has shower cabin.
